9. How do you market nationally and internationally to get the highest price and best terms possible?

10. What kind of professional services compliment your team, such as photography, staging, videography, copy writing, etc.?

11. Will you have a lockbox or personally show every interested buyer?

12. Would you consider yourself more of a one-person shop or do you operate in a team environment?

13. How will you keep me informed about the listing or sale of my home?
